A very fast read. This does not have lots of theories and overviews - it is all meat & potatoes. This is a hit the pavement today manual containing real world info and examples. There are example scripts, emails and letter templates, as well as other great tips from prospecting to networking to followup after the sale to asking for referrals. This is a must for those new to any type of sale position and for those already in sales, can be used to help jump start you into higher sales.
